Systems
Our servicing platform, CRM system, and proprietary loan management tools allow us to obtain the highest return for your assets. These systems work together seamlessly to track all quantitative and qualitative loan characteristics, allowing the MARC team to push your asset to the highest value disposition option. Our systems can also deliver key daily reports of your balance sheet position, cash outlays, and vendor costs to help you efficiently manage funds and coordinate activities.

Loan Management
Performing Loans: We use a proprietary, predictive loan grading tool to quickly separate loans into performing and nonperforming pools. Performing loans are managed to ensure a variety of metrics (e.g., pace to maturity, covenant maintenance, automated title oversight). For loans that are contractually compliant, we provide fund control or notify you of approved draws.

Nonperforming Loans:
A seasoned asset manager evaluates all aspects of the project, including whether to complete or collapse an existing construction commitment, determine costs to complete, property management and preservation, insurance maintenance, tax payment, and title inspection. We can also modify loan terms to a universal standard that provides additional flexibility in managing the loan going forward.

Fund Control
We can manage disbursements from a prefunded account or a zero balance account, or we can send you the recommended disbursements for your execution. In all cases, we have the flexibility and controls to manage both incoming and outgoing funds and provide detailed, reconciled reports on a daily basis. Our fund control regime is SOX compliant and managed with strict adherence to relevant regulatory and accounting procedures.
