Asset Management
Our proprietary valuation system and dedicated construction servicing platform give MARC the most technically advanced system for managing the complexities of ADC assets. To optimize asset-level recovery and value maximization, MARC segments portfolios into specific loan pools for specialized review and performance evaluations. We service performing loans through a call center and web-based interface that offer improved customer service and flexibility; servicing includes construction payment processing, reconveyance, loan administration, fund control, and draw processing. MARC assigns nonperforming loans directly to individual asset managers, who manage each case with support from custom tools and analytic systems. They understand the nuances of every asset and update information as it becomes available. As loan conditions change, MARC dynamically determines the best work-out option for each asset.

Asset Disposition
For borrowers who meet their contractual obligations, MARC manages loans to their contractual completion or endeavors to refinance the debt to another lending source. In other cases, we make ongoing exit decisions that may include the sale of the note, the sale of the underlying asset, or foreclosure and subsequent REO sale. MARC handles the entire disposition process, from decision-making, through screening collateral for risk before foreclosure, REO maintenance, property preservation, and sale.
