R. Patterson Jackson
R. Patterson Jackson is the CEO and Founder of MARC and a Managing Director of Milestone Advisors, the investment banking affiliate company to MARC. At MARC, he is responsible for strategic direction and management and business development activities. He is the former CEO and Founder of IndyMac Commercial Lending Corporation, which he developed, launched, and grew into a leading nationwide small balance commercial and multifamily lending platform with annualized production of $1 billion. Previously, Mr. Jackson was CEO of IndyMac's Specialty Products Group, including the Home Equity and Home Construction Lending divisions and Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, which he acquired from Lehman Brothers and for which he served as Chairman. Under his leadership, loan production of specialty products exceeded $9 billion annually, contributing more than $170 million in annual net profits. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson was President & COO of Unitek Miyachi Corporation and held senior level positions with Signet Scientific Company and Intecolor Corporation. Mr. Jackson has a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Winthrop College, Graduate School of South Carolina. He is an Accredited Mortgage Professional of the Mortgage Banking Association.

Dan Hoppes
Mr. Hoppes is Chief Operating Officer and Founder of MARC and is responsible for management accounting, servicing and loan administration, divisional risk management, legal and compliance functions, and information technology.
Jon C. Frojen
Mr. Frojen is a Managing Director of Milestone Advisors. He has a background in mortgage lending and capital formation, as well as experience with business process design and systems.
Jamey King
Mr. King is head of Credit and Compliance for MARC. He has executive experience in construction, mortgage, and other lending. Before his banking career, Mr. King was an examiner for the FHLB of Atlanta and the US Treasury Department's Office of Thrift Supervision.
Maureen Connaughton
Ms. Connaughton is General Counsel for MARC. She manages all litigation related to loans and REO and pursues recovery efforts related to title claims and guarantor pursuit. Ms. Connaughton is admitted to practice in Michigan, Illinois, Georgia and in the US Federal District Court in Michigan.
Jason Childers
Mr. Childers is the Information Technology Manager for MARC. He has 12 years of technology experience developing critical systems to manage construction loan portfolios. He manages all information, data, and operating systems, maintaining IT security and business resumption responsibilities.
Cindy Crismer
Ms. Crismer is the Portfolio Manager of MARC. She has 25 years experience in the banking industry, including retail finance, policy administration, compliance, change management, and construction lending and workout.
Roger McMillan, CPA
Mr. McMillan is the Liquidation Manager for MARC. His experience includes construction and land lending, corporate credit, post purchase quality control, risk management, and securitization services.
